Olaf’s 1-2-3

I don’t normally review board books but this one was cute.
Bright, eye catching and full of sparkles, snowflakes and of course all things Frozen, this book is getting lots of love around these parts.

Great for the little frozen fans that are learning to count.
Olaf is on the cover and through out the book, with Sven so this book is sure to be a hit with all the little people. Who doesn’t love Olaf and Sven?

Being a board book this one, is easier to find then most Frozen merchandise right now.
Hopefully, once the movie is out on the 18th there will be more merchandise shipped as well.

5 stars, my little Frozen fanatic loves this book.

the sad tree and pronuba

A Lonely Tree and a Special Friend… The desert is a lonely place for Joshua, a tree who has never seen another tree like him. He asks everyone in his environment to help him find a companion…but although the desert loves him, nobody can help. Things change for Joshua one beautiful spring night when a tiny moth comes to visit. This exquisite story about the life-cycle relationship between the Joshua Tree and the Pronuba Moth will delight readers of all ages.

I love this book. Beautiful illustrations paired with a beautiful story.

I love books that teach kids something about nature but also do it in a way that is easy for them to relate to.

A great book for kids who are curious about nature but also a great book to get kids thinking about the world around them.

I read this one to my two year old and she then preceded to sit there with me and look through it again. She really loves the art work.  This will definitely be a well read book in this house.
Also a very shared book, already plotting buying a few copies as gifts.
