Can you believe that 2014 is coming to a close? This year seems to have flown by, and brought with it, its fair share of chaos.
I have been ready for this year to be over for a LONG time. But that isn’t to say that there was not some very good moments in this year.
My daughter blossomed, she also turned three.
I made some great friendships this year with amazing authors that I have had the privilege of working with.
So while I am thankful for a new year and a new start. I am glad that *most* things happened this year.
Going through my posts this year, and I realized that my best books of the year are all books I always have on me and have constantly been recommending. I love that people are coming to me for suggestions.
I have also become a member in an awesome community that gives me great opportunities to gift books a lot more. 🙂
My Best Books of 2014 are:
Prophecy, was re-released this year, with the second book in the series so I am totally counting it as a 2014 book. 🙂
Outlanders is also up for my best of 2014. If you haven’t read this series, then really, what are you waiting for?!
Oh, Bone Treaty, you surprised me. You’re also still on my mind, all these months later. C’mon Book 2.
I waited what was forever for this book. But it was so worth it.
*Fangirls* Canadian author, too I might add. 🙂
Kidlet loved this one as much as I did. This book is BEAUTIFUL.
A free short put out by the author, for fans of the series. This review helped me find another author to add to my favourites.
(If you haven’t read Atlantis Rising from 2013 you NEED to read this.)
Love and Salt. I talk about this one all the time. So I won’t bore you by making you read the same thing. haha.
This book, blew my mind. Raw, powerful and really just WOW.
Pyke is my book boyfriend. The first and only for me. So that says something about the magic of this book.
I got an ARC of this. Everything was perfect about this book, except having to wait for book 2. 🙂
This book, I purchased on a whim and it changed my life.
2014 was a pretty great year for books. But there is so much promise in 2015 that I am even more excited.
What were some of your favourites this year?
